Return Policy

- Exchanges and return for store credit are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Please email us at angenyc@gmail.com.

- We do not provide a shipping label. Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.

- Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. 

- In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit. We are not responsible for parcels once they are shipped from our facilities. We do not cover the customs fees for international orders, please make sure to check your own country’s policies and fees before purchase. If you are ordering internationally, we recommend inputting your phone number to prevent possible delays.

Shipping

Costumers are provided with two shipping options: DHL, and UPS. For international shipping the costumer is responsible for any additional shipping cost. 

Commissions

AngE welcomes commissioned projects and values the collaborative process between client and jewelry artist to bring a shared vision to life. While artistic interpretation remains an essential part of the work, open communication ensures the final piece aligns with the client’s expectations. A deposit is required to initiate a commission. For more details, please email angenyc@gmail.com. Custom pieces are non refundable.

Resizing and repair

We are trying to make consumer experience the most pleasurable it can be if you are unhappy with your product please reach out to us via email or the contact page so we can fix it for you. 

If there are any issue with your pieces, or if they break due to production misstep, we will repair them for free. Just reach out to angenyc@gmail.com and we will get it fixed for you. If accidents happen due to customer error, we will repair them minus the cost of shipping.
